1. Our Service

Global Fund Recovery helps individuals find and claim unclaimed money held by government agencies and financial institutions across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

2. No Win, No Fee

Our service operates on a contingency fee basis. This means:

• You pay nothing upfront
• We only get paid if we successfully recover money on your behalf
• Our fee is deducted from the recovered amount before it is transferred to you
• If we don't recover any money, you owe us nothing

3. Fee Structure

Our contingency fees are calculated as a percentage of the recovered amount:

• Claims up to $1,000 / £500 / A$1,000: 8%
• Claims $1,000 - $10,000 / £500 - £5,000 / A$1,000 - A$10,000: 12%
• Claims $10,000 - $50,000 / £5,000 - £25,000 / A$10,000 - A$50,000: 15%
• Claims over $50,000 / £25,000 / A$50,000: 18%

4. Your Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Supply any documentation we reasonably require to process your claim
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Not attempt to claim the same funds through another service simultaneously

5. Our Obligations

We agree to:

• Act in your best interests at all times
• Keep your information confidential
• Provide regular updates on the progress of your claim
• Transfer recovered funds to you promptly after successful recovery

6. Claim Processing

Claim processing times vary depending on the government agency and the complexity of the claim. We will provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee specific processing dates.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Government agencies rejecting or delaying claims
• Changes in legislation that affect your eligibility to claim
• Loss of funds due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Termination

You may terminate our service at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate before we have recovered funds, no fee is payable. If you terminate after we have begun work on your claim, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the New Zealand courts.
